Ice Climbing in Chamonix

Chamonix makes a great base for an ice climbing holiday for all levels, having many great ice routes in the valley and many varied venues close-by. Over a few days we may warm up on routes and go through the basics at the Cremerie in Argentiere followed by excursions around the valley or within an hour's drive away to places such as Chatelard, on the Swiss border, Triente, also in Switzerland, up to the Argentiere glacier, or even Italy for the icefalls in Cogne and Valsavarenche.

We can organise anything for you, from a week's climbing package with accommodation, transfers from the airport and so on to a couple of days climbing as part of your skiing holiday. We can even help you find ski tuition if you fancy mixing activities a bit.
