LATEST NEWS AND CONDITIONS UPDATE

Update Feb 6th
Amazing conditions in the Alps - it's been good for ice climbing in Cogne and fantastic for skiing in Chamonix and elsewhere. Ready to put the ice tools away and concentrate on skiing and boarding. We have places for SNOWBOARD TOURING at the end of Feb, and also places on our INTRO SKI TOURING during the first week of April.

You can keep updated via the RPM FACEBOOK PAGE, which is online now so keep in touch with what we're up to and what trips and spaces we have via FB if you are part of that!

Been writing again for FALL LINE SKIING too so look out for that!

LATE FEBRUARY
Split board / Snowboard touring in Chamonix. Call or email  for details

FEBRUARY Half  Term dates free:
15th-16th  Feb free for off piste / Vallee Blanche

5-10 MARCH :: SILVRETTA TRAVERSE HUT TO HUT SKI TOUR
6 days in the Austrian backcountry with hut/hotels en route. Classic touring with summits along the way. Suit intermediate level skiing plus fitness level capable of 1000m climbs each day.  We have a 2 places available on this week. The price will be the guiding fee split between the participants with expenses ‘pay as you go’.

12-17 MARCH :: MONT BLANC DAY TOURS.
2-3 places available. Trip would suit anyone who has ski toured before, and has a good off piste skiing level, but would prefer a relaxed pace on the on the uphill.
Single day tours in the Mont Blanc massif or nearby – no planned hut nights. We have a couple of places available on this week. The price will be the guiding fee split between the participants with expenses ‘pay as you go’.

1-6 APRIL :: CHAMONIX SKI TOURING
A full package including accommodation for advanced beginners/intermediates, based from a hotel in Argentiere. The aim is to cover off piste skiing skills plus avalanche safety and crevasse rescue within the structure of days out touring in the Mont Blanc Massif, including one hut night. Would suit those who are fit and happy with 1000m ascents, but need a bit more input on skiing off piste.
Package price 1100 euro per person. I have 4 places available on this week.

CALLING ALL SNOWBOARDERS!!!
We are keen to develop backcountry weeks for snowboarders - either freeride type days or split board touring (as now it’s possible to hire split boards in Chamonix– with enough notice!) For more info about what we can offer boarders see:-
