Alpine Ski Peaks
Many Alpine peaks can be climbed on skis giving a steady ascent followed by the a great ski down. Throughout the winter and even into early summer many peaks can be climbed in this syle.
Classic high peaks such as the Gran Paradiso, Mont Blanc, Pigne d'Arolla are within the grasp of good skiers looking for adventure, other smaller summits may be possible for less confident or experienced ski mountaineers.
Suitable objectives will depend on ability and conditions of the snow and weather but a week of summits on skis will not disappoint. We can climb peaks on skis throughout the winter, spring and early summer, from smaller non glacial peaks in December and January to the larger peaks well into May and June.
A moment to enjoy the summit.
